The Ultimate Strength Building Program

Welcome to the Ultimate strength building program if your looking for a program to increase your strength in as little as 12 weeks then this is the package for you designed to target the key strength movements squats, deadlifts and bench

Throughout your 12-Weeks you will have designated “check in’s” with your coach to make sure you’re getting the most out of your program and to make any amendments where necessary.

In a 12-Week Program you will have 6 check in’s:

  1. Initial check in’s when you receive you’r  program 
  2. On Week 2
  3. On Week 4
  4. On Week 6
  5. On Week 8
  6. On Week 10
  7. On the end of your program to send final results, transformation pictures and gain feedback

The program starts on a Monday, don’t panic if it’s not Monday you will be sent a little workout to tie you over until the program starts.
