What is shape ascension?​

ShapeAscension is our best ever female fat loss plan. More and more women are seeing the benefits of resistance training exercise and how it creates that beach body everyone is striving for. With ShapeAscension you have everything you need to hit the weights at the gym with confidence and success.

The ShapeAscension program is a 4 day gym based workout plan with 1 HIIT day (High Intensity Interval Training) which can be completed anywhere. This is to ensure that you can fit the gym around your life, not the other way around. The ShapeAscension Plan is a 12-week program this is split up into four week training block. The workouts are suitable for both beginner and intermediate gym enthusiasts.

The program starts on a Monday, don’t panic if it’s not Monday you will be sent a little workout to tie you over until the program starts.
