  • You will receive three 4-Week Training plans specifically tailored to your goals (including sets/reps/tempo and teaching points for each exercise).
  • Exclusive access to our personal training app complete with  hundreds of online video tutorials if you are ever unsure on exercise techniques.
  • Bespoke nutrition plans based on the information you provide to us on the client forms.

Throughout your 12-Weeks you will have designated “check in’s” with your coach to make sure you’re getting the most out of your program and to make any amendments where necessary.

In a 12-Week Program you will have 6 check in’s:

  1. Initial check in’s when you receive you’r  program 
  2. On Week 2
  3. On Week 4
  4. On Week 6
  5. On Week 8
  6. On Week 10
  7. On the end of your program to send final results, transformation pictures and gain feedback
